About Us
We are located right on the beach on the south shore of Lake Ontario in Olcott Beach, New York. The property is right next to the Olcott Harbor, West Pier, and Olcott Yacht Club. The town Marina, with boat launches and guest docking facilities, is right up the street. The Burt Dam, which is an outstanding salmon and trout fishing area, is a 2 minute drive south of the cottages. Fully furnished and clean. Decks along the entire width of the property overlooking the beach and lake, with direct access to the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Perfect getaway for fishing and/or family vacations. Large lawn and beach area with lawn and beach chairs available. BBQ grills and Bonfire pits on site.
The Cottages
The Beach House
The Beach House Cottage can sleep more than 6 adults comfortably. There is a private porch area with a gas grill. It has a spacious living room and dining area, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and has a dishwasher. There is a great view of the lake and harbor from the living room and kitchen areas.
The Lakeview Cottage
The Lakeview Cottage is a condo style cottage on the ground floor of the two story Deck House. The cottage is currently undergoing renovations and will not be ready to rent until the 2024 season. We will update all the information and pictures when we are ready to open the cottage up.
